Allied Health Advisory Group
The Allied Health Advisory Group is an expert group which supports the SSHW Unit Allied Health team to develop and implement of CCDM for Allied Health, Scientific and Technical workforces.
Membership:
• Chair of the National Director of Allied Health Group
• Representation from 4 DAH regional leads, plus 1 rural representative from: Northern; Te Manawa Taki; Central; Te Waipounamu; Tairāwhiti; South Canterbury.
• PSA organiser

• SSHW Unit Allied Health Programme Consultant(s)
• Other union representatives
National Maternity Advisory Group
The National Maternity Advisory group has advisory responsibilities to ensure a consistent approach is adopted for the successful implementation of a fit for purpose CCDM programme in maternity services across all districts.

• Maternity Employee Representation& Advisory Services (MERAS)
• New Zealand College of Midwives (NZCOM)
• New Zealand Nurses Organisation (NZNO)
• Safe Staffing Healthy Workplaces Unit (SSHW Unit)

Mental Health, Addictions and Intellectual Disability Advisory Group
The Mental Health, Addiction & Intellectual Disability Advisory Group (MHAID) is an expert multi-disciplinary group with district and union representation.
The advisory group focus is to support implementation, development and sustainability of the CCDM programme in district mental health services.
The kaupapa of the advisory group is commitment to progressing quality care for Tangata Whaiora/patients, a healthy work environment for mental health staff and best use of resources.
Emergency Department Advisory Group
The Emergency Department National Advisory Group, is a recently formed collaboration between the SSHWU, NZNO, CENNZ and individuals identified as subject matter experts from the NZ health sector.
The key focus of this group is to drive national consistency of the CCDM programme throughout tall Emergency Departments.
The groups kaupapa is yet to be realised, but the end goal is to build a healthy working environment where ED staff can thrive, while meeting the needs of their communities.
